All fees paid towards course enrollment, study materials, or any ancillary services are non-refundable under normal circumstances. We encourage students to thoroughly review our offerings and interact with our counselors before making a payment.
2. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases, subject to management approval:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment made but course not allocated or access not provided within a reasonable time
- Withdrawal of a program by Juris Pathway before the commencement date
In such cases, a formal written request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. All claims must be supported by valid documentation and payment proof.
3. Process for Requesting Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@jurispathway.com with the following details:
- Full name of the applicant
- Registered email address and contact number
- Course enrolled
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for requesting a refund
All requests will be reviewed by our administrative team, and decisions will be communicated within 7–10 business days.
4. Mode of Refund
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original mode of payment or through NEFT/RTGS transfer. Processing time may vary based on the payment gateway or banking partner timelines.
5. No Refund Under These Conditions
- Student voluntarily withdraws after course access is provided
- Unsatisfactory academic performance or lack of progress
- Misuse of services or violation of terms and conditions
- Delay in course completion due to personal reasons
6. Policy Updates
JURIS PATHWAY reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
