1. Digital Product Delivery
Most of our services, such as course access, test series, and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically. Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, you will receive:
- Login credentials for your student dashboard
- Access to relevant digital content (e-books, lectures, PDFs, etc.)
- Email confirmation with instructions and links (if applicable)
Digital access is typically granted within 1 to 24 hours after payment confirmation. If you face delays, please contact our support team immediately.
2. Shipping of Printed Materials
In case you have opted for physical copies of study materials or books as part of your course package, we will arrange shipping through a reliable courier service. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
- Within India: 5–10 business days
- Remote or rural areas: Additional time may apply
A tracking ID will be shared with you once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during the time of enrollment or checkout. Most of our digital services are offered without any shipping costs. Physical material costs may include courier charges depending on your region and selected package.
4. Delays & Non-Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues may impact timelines. JURIS PATHWAY shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party services. In case of non-delivery within 15 business days, please contact us with your order details.
5. Address & Contact Accuracy
It is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact details during enrollment. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping of printed materials outside India. However, all digital services and online programs are accessible to students worldwide.
